From day one
We come in ready, with opinions, with questions, with a point of view on what's actually hard. We don't need three weeks to get up to speed before we start adding value.
From the first meeting to long after go-live: the hard middle, the decisions nobody documented, the edge cases that surface before launch, the question six months later that falls outside any SOW. We're in it for all of it. Not because the contract says so. Because that's just how we work.

Who we are.
Punchkick was founded in Chicago in 2006. For nearly two decades, we've built digital products for some of the world's most respected brands. In 2024, we joined Eidra, a collective of 1,500+ strategists, builders, and orchestrators who balance strategy, craft, and execution to help companies unlock growth.
As part of Eidra's product and technology group, we now operate alongside 400+ engineers, designers, and product leaders across the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands. It means we can take on more, go further, and stay in it longer — without changing how we work or who shows up.
The same team, the same work, now with greater reach.
How we show up
We come in ready, with opinions, with questions, with a point of view on what's actually hard. We don't need three weeks to get up to speed before we start adding value.
The decisions that aren't in the brief. The trade-offs that need someone to make the call. The moments where the right answer is uncomfortable. We stay in it.
Go-live isn't where we disappear. The real questions only surface when something's live and real users are in it. Those are the ones we actually want to answer.
We build capability, not dependency. When we leave, your team can own what we built, run it, and keep making it better.
Our capabilities
If we've done our job, you don't need us the same way anymore. That's the point.
